It means your machine is having a problem and you need to find and fix it.
It could be due to you not having a driver for Vista for your computer.
There might not be a driver or two that you need, considering the hardware
you described. You need to make sure that there are Vista drivers for
everything on your computer.

You also need to use some tools to track down the problem device or program.
I would first disable all third party software by booting the computer into
a Clean Boot state so you can see if Vista is causing the problem or not.
