error message with homepage.inf

When I logon to my main account this morning I received
the message that windows couldn't not find
c:\windows\system32\homepage.inf on my system. Now I
cannot access none of my files and none of my settings
are here. The only account that works is the guest
account as far as not getting an error yet I still can't
get my files from there.

Does anyone have a clue what I can do?
