Encarta 2006 Issues on Windows Vista

Sir/Madam, I recently installed Encarta 2006 on Windows Vista Home Premium
SP1.The installation went well without any problem. After I start Encarta
2006 on my PC and type a word or phrase in the search bar only the search bar
appears on the right side of the screen, but no relevant results are
displaced. The search bar just remains blank. However this feature worked
fine earlier on my PC with Windows XP SP3. Kindly inform how I can resolve
this issue.
