Help Intruder Alert!!!!!!!!!

someone has taken over my pc's with ghost,invisible mode
(yahoo messenger)and several other gadjets I my add. I
Switch harddrives change bios but nothing the continue to
take access and oh yeah remotely. can someone help please.
