Default Forgotten Password

For some reason now a pop up window comes up requesting me to logon to
pop.secureserver.net. It now asks me for my user name and password. I've
tried many times but I can't figure it out.

Any help out there?

thanks!

Windows Mail tends to forget the password if, for some reason, you are
unable to log in.

Also it has a quirk that makes it forget the password if you click Apply
just after putting a checkmark before Remember password.

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties,
then Servers. Click at the end of the dots for the password, then
backspace over them, then type the password, then click Apply. It
may then ask you to enter the password again. Click on OK, then
Close.

The following site provides the settings needed for WM, (it describes OE but
they are the same).

http://products.secureserver.net/em...lookexpress.htm

Can you ask your ISP to reset the PW?
