Default windows mail - vista

I cannot send emails. I get the following message
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Inbound works fine.
Anybody had this problem with comcast?

Go to Tools, Accounts, select the Comcast account, Properties,
Advanced. Under Outgoing (SMTP) server, change the port number
from 25 to 587. Then go to the Servers tab and enable "My server
requires authentication."
