Account Settings Keep Changing

The account settings for my Outlook Express 6 account keep changing on their
own. My incoming (POP3) setting keeps changing from pop.att.yahoo.com to
127.0.0.1. and the outgoing server port numbers keep changing from 995 to
100. This happens evertime I close out my Outlook Express and open it back
up.

Outlook Express won't run under Vista.

For problems with Outlook Express, you're likely to get better answers in
newsgroup meant for Outlook Express, such as:

microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

Mention which version of Outlook Express you're running under which
version of Windows, in case it matters

Your problem looks like it could be caused by an antivirus program
or a program meant for filtering incoming mail, so also mention any
of those programs you have.
