In VISTA, my Windows contact list is in alphbetical order, by name, in
ascending order. When I forward a message and click "tools" and "select recipients" the select recipient file comes up out of alphabetical order, and the e-mail addresses are not in any specific order. How may I correct this ? Master Chief |

Click on the Name column header a few times and you'll see
it cycle through 4 different sorts. Mine stays at the last selected sort order. Incidentally, you don't have to do "Tools", "Select Recipients", just click on To. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (WLMail) "Master Chief" <MasterChief@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BD8430D2-D36F-4A12-953F-4B3B3FA5A7B2@microsoft.com... > In VISTA, my Windows contact list is in alphbetical order, by name, in > ascending order.
