E-mail attachments - some not coming through.
Some of my incoming e-mails are missing thier attachments, I can go online to
my gmail account and view all the attachements but they are not coming through to my Window Mail? |

Re: E-mail attachments - some not coming through.
Make sure that the senders are not using MS Office RTF format. If they are
sending from Outlook, they have to use plain text or HTML format. Also make sure antivirus software is not set to scan email.
