Default How do I turn off this aggravating message?

How do I turn off this aggravating message? "One or more of the picture in
this message, blah , blah , blah. I don't care. I don't need to know that.
Just send the message.

A don't show this again here would have been nice.

Are you sending pictures? If so, the pictures may be open in another
program, like Windows Photo Gallery. Make sure any attachments
are closed in all other programs.
