Default How Do I Filter out Spam with no subject line?

I'm getting a LOT of Spam that has no Subject - (The Subject line is blank).

Is it possible to create a Rule to stop this Spam? - i.e., delete it from my
server

If so, how do I do it?

Make a rule to delete from the server any message that does not have a vowel
in the Subject line.

So none of your friends or relatives ever send you a blank subject
line by mistake?
