Default setting up windows mail



can someone please tell me how I can find out what my incoming and outgoing
mail server names are, so I can use my windows mail account?

How did you get your email before?
If you don't know who your mail provider or ISP is, what is the part
of your email address after the @ symbol?

Please can someone help!! my isp is t-mobile but i can't find my email
address, incoming server or outgoing server details anywhere. Is it possible
for someone to find out for me. Thanks

They don't seem to have put enough on the internet to make it clear
whether it's even possible to connect to their mail servers using
Windows Mail.

this tells me how to set up email account with t-mobile phone, which i don't
have. I only want a windows email account, i've been at this all day!!
