hello,
is it possible to save Windows Mail with a password?
So that nobody can open WinMail without my password.
How does it work?

No, there is no password option for WM.
Put a password on your Vista login account, and lock your screen (Winkey-L)
while you're away from your computer. If there are other users of your
computer, add login accounts for them.

That may stop a passerby from sending or receiving new mail, but I think
the OP wants no prying eyes on saved emails either.
