When sending and recieiving, I get a dial up connection prompt asking me what
service I want to sign up for? I have cable boradband and have neevr had issues with this? |

You should check the connection settings for each of your mail accounts: Tools menu>accounts>select each account in turn>properties>connection tab, remove the checkmark from 'always connect using'>apply/OK. Settings are correct in IE, but the connections tab constantly times out/doe
snot respond in WIndows Mail so I cannot even get to it? Tried it but still doesn't work.

HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!! Couldnt get to the connection tab.
I exported the account, removed it, restarted Windows Mail, imported the account, and BAM I could get to the connection tab! Hope this helps someone!
