Hi Bob

Evidently that did not work. I have this error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Re: Stirling Offices/Restrooms schedule', Account:
'pop-server.tampabay.rr.com', Server: 'smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F

What can I do?

Roadrunner doesn't use port 80, anyway.
Are you connected to Roadrunner when this happens?
Are you trying to send attached files?
It could be your anti-virus/spyware/spamware programs. what ones are you
running?
Try disabling them one at a time, and try to send again.

Why in heaven's name are you trying to change to port 80?
That won't work with Road Runner.
As we told you earlier, your error message indicates interference from
a third party security program.

1. Are you connected to the Internet through Road Runner?

2. Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no protection not provided by the regular
resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.
