Windows Mail wont let me receive emails

Account: 'Pop3.ns.sympatico.ca', Server: 'Pop1.ns.sympatico.ca', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC17

Its asking for my username and password and i put it in and it comes up
again. Before this message I was getting an error # 0x800ccc0f now I get this
