losing signal in windows mail

Default losing signal in windows mail



As of yesterday every time I hit the send/receive button I get knocked
offline. This only happens with Windows mail...I need help..

What happens if you click on the triangle to the right of Send/Receive,
then either Receive All or Send All?

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them cause
assorted problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.

Tools | Accounts
Do this for every account:
Select the account and click Properties.
On the Connection tab uncheck "Always connect to this account using:".
