When you're dealing with an OEM restoration procedure, this is not
part of Windows and is not necessarily done in any standard way. The
instructions for doing this can vary, depending on your computer's
manufacturer, and sometimes even with the model of your computer.

That's why it's best to follow your manufacturer's instructions (check
your manual, on their web site, or call them) rather than ask here.
