Default Server2003 network and Vista - too slow performance

Hi,

After installation SP2 and .NET2.0 on Server 2003(SP0 originaly), each
Network Vista client has slow Network performance (Network File access and
RDP connection to that server).
Each other Windows client (Win98, WinNT, Win2000 and WinXP) works fine.
We use WindowsNT server as Domain Controller.

Before installation of SP2 (Server2003 was SP0) everything was fine.

Vista's network speed is good to Server2000(SP3) and Server2003RC2.

How to resolve this problem?
