loss of internet

I reinstalled vista ultimit an soon after lost my interner connection. After
hours of trying on my own, and the my pc provider all I got was reinstall
again. but the same thing keeps happening. I eather get no internet (it
recegnisis both my NICS on the MOBO) or it connects for about 10-20 min's

any help?

Have to reinstalled the latest Network Card Drivers since the reininstall of
Vista?
Go to the Card's manufacturer's web, and get the latest Vista compatible
Driver for it.
Or take a chance with MS's optional update Drivers for it
