Upgrade Windows Vista Basic (English) to W.V. Ultimate (Spanish)

Greetings,
At Windows Anytime Upgrade is it possible upgrade my W.V. Basic Edition
English version pre-installed to W. V. Ultimate Edition Spanish version? I
bought my ThinkPad R61 in US but I am living in Perú now.
Please help me to decide because I need the Ultimate version for my job and
my home.

You cannot both upgrade and change languages in one operation. You will
need to upgrade from Basic English to Ultimate English, then install the
Spanish language support afterwards from Windows Update.
