Uninstalling a hidden program (PC MightyMax)

I need to get rid of this junk program. Its not in Control Panel under
programs but always running. Cant find it anywhere in my system so I can
uninstall it. Anyone got an thoughts? Totally inhibits my system makes it run
slower than dialup. I using cable.

It means you have infected your PC with malaware
Download and run MS Defender, SpyBot & Adaware, all free.
Update their diffinitions and run all three.
Hopefully you have a decent Anti Virus application, you might be better off
with a decent Internet Security Suite
