Wndows vista starter activation problem

I had a problem with windows vista so I reinstall it, everything was fine
until it started to tell me to activate but when I tried to activete it
online it gives me an error #0xC004c003 it saids that my activation code is
already on use.
I know it is in use by my previous installation but the thing is that it
doesn´t give the phone activation opcion or number.
I am in Colombia so if anyone could give me the phone number or tell me how
to force the sistem to do it I would really apreciate it.

Hi,

You will need to disconnect from Internet to use the phone activation option.
One reason is that phone activation will only be an option when Windows
Vista unable to activate online. Another reason is to eliminate the
possibility that you get caught by Microsoft with Windows Vista Genuine
Advantage Validation Tool.

it seems there is no problem with anything you only need to reinstall Windows
completely, if you have this problem remain contact me easily at my E-Mail
address johncityny@hotmail.com, you only do it at a time

Why should someone privately email you and get only your opinion instead of
posting a public message and getting hundreds of folks working on an answer
for them?

Kamila - Vista reinstallation invalidates the product key - select phone
activation and follow directions.
