Default Internet Explorer 6

Hi,

I work as a developer and one of the development software we use accessed
thru internet explorer 6. I have a Toshiba laptop with pre-installed Windows
Vista Home and has Internet explorer 7. Since i need to work from home i need
to access this software. I havent tried it yet on ie 7 but just to cover my
bases in a worst case scenario, is it possible to install/replace ie 7 with
ie 6 on vista?

if it is possible, how do i go about doing this?

Thanks

Hi Koji Kazama,

No, it's not. I would suggest that you look into running a virtual machine
with XP or 2000 to have an environment that supports IE6 properly. While
Microsoft's VM is not supported for Vista Home, it does work just fine.
