vista says policies set to prevent installation but i am the administrator

1. Quote exact text of error message.
2. Tell us the name of the program and if it is Vista-compatible.
3. Standalone/home computer or member of a domain?
4. What have you already tried? (Right-clicked on the executable and chose
"run as administrator", etc.)
