Disable SiSTray from automatically starting at boot. You don't need it.

Start->Run->Regedit

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Run

delete key named SiS Tray with value C:\Windows\System32\sistray.exe
