Default Aging a photo?

Not really the group but -
Is it possible to age a photo (e.g. Sepia) with any std Vista Premium
Software - or do i need to install something else (which i'm reluctant to
do)

You do not install third party software?!?!

You could use the online version of Photoshop (beta), Photoshop Express. Of
course, it has only basic functions, but you can do what you want with the
Tint and Saturation tools. Pop Colour might be useful to you as well.

https://www.photoshop.com/express/landing.html

There are some other online editors to try out as well.
