Default windows vista display tilted about 10% up

Hi All,

Thanks for your help. I was just tootling along when suddenly my entire
vista display became skewed upwards. The taskbars start at their normal size
on the left side of the screen and thenget progressively wider pushing the
whole display screeen up.

I didn't consciously change any graphic card or monitor settings.
Thanks for your help.

Perhaps you did not change those settings that are physically on the monitor
buttons, but you should take it through settings like 'skew' and other
settings to see if you can tweak them back into some realistic view.

Mark, thanks so much for the advice. Where would change a setting like
"skew." The windows vista toolbar section of the Control Panel only seems to
let me change the resolution.

Thanks.

Hi jlc,

These settings are on the monitor itself. Refer to the monitor manual for
instructions on changing these settings. Generally speaking, select the
automatic settings. This problem can sometimes occur when a program changes
the display resolution - when the program closes, the resolution is supposed
to revert to what it was previously, but sometimes it doesn't.
