Hi,
We have a user who has now left the company and we will be removing the users network account from the server which obviously includes her exchange details (SBS2003 server) When we do this, will it remove all her entries from BCM as well? If so is there a way to stop this happening? |

If she has a privae database, then deleted the user will delete her files. If she's a user of someone else's shared database, then no data will change, because BCM doesn't have a notion of a user owning database items. Everything she created and edited will remain, and she'll probably continue to show up as available in the AssignTo list, until she's removed as a shared user from the BCM database. |
