Default one contact and multiple accounts...

I am using BCM 2007 as contact mgmnt solution for my real estate office.
Is it possible to add multiple accounts to one contact? As of now, I believe
when I open an acct to link it to a contact, if the contact I want to use is
already linked to another acct, I cant use it. Is the only solution to make a
copy of the needed contact and then link???
For example, lets say one agent (contact) has viewed several of my listings
(accounts), how do i resolve this.
I guess the bottom line is how do we add a particular contact to more than
one account?
Also, from an open contact, I cant link more then one account. Could this be
true?
Example, I open a contact (listing agent) and want to link their name to all
the lisitngs (accounts) they have shown. I can only link them to one account?
I tried to search for this answer, and I believe that there is no solution,
but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Default RE: one contact and multiple accounts...

You should set your listings up as Opportunities or Projects depending on
your needs. You can then associate your Contact to multiple records.

If you need more assistance, we could dial in and help (for a fee).

Hope this helped!

Default RE: one contact and multiple accounts...

Just joined & saw this post. Endeavouring to get the hang of Outlook 2003 &
BCM together. Am moving across from ACT & rebuilding the database from
scratch (don't ask why!). I could be interested in Remote Assistance myself
in the near future. We're in Australia. I'd appreciate hearing from you, Dave.
Cheers
Brent
