I've reloaded all software trying to resolve this. Without any obvious cause
Outlook 2003 quit accessing defined e-mail accounts inbound and outbound for POP3 (only use POP3). The WAN connection shows TCP/IP but will not allow uninstall and install may not be working due to an unsigned driver. I've walked through all Outlook settings with the ISP. The e-mail service works fine through web mail. I did find the Microsoft IPV6 driver loaded. Outlook's Send/Receive Progress initially shows 0x8004210A and 0x8004210B errors. The BellSouth/AT&T tool confirms the e-mail addresses Outlook is using are sending and receiving but Outlook continues to have problems. I have no problems using IE, or any other software which access the Internet. All suggestions are warmly appreciated. |

Has OL ever run, or have you upgraded to OL2003?
Try uninstalling any anti virus app that is intergrated into OL "Mike Z" <Mike Z@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:ED9D5F7D-9794-44CD-903E-7FFA2AF2BE51@microsoft.com... > I've reloaded all software trying to resolve this.
