Default email setup for outlook 2000, 2003,2007

I would like to create a script or answer file or something to auto create
email addressses in outlook 2000- 2007 but will prompt the user to input
their email address, password and user name and include pop/smtp server
settings and smtp authentication, any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your suggestion, it would still mean for me to input everything
per user, I am looking for more of a way where as all pop/smtp servers and
smtp authentication are prepopulated and the user only needs to add their
email address and password
