Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Startup

Suddenly this Startup Keeps popping up on the screen and nothing stops it,
doesn't matter if I say yes, no, cancel . We do not even use Outlook on this
computr

go to control panel, internet options and make sure your preferred client is
set as the default. Then go to add/remove programs and uninstall it.
