Registry Key to Set Junk E-mail Option to "No Automatic Filtering"

What is the registry key to diable Outlook 2007 junk e-mail filtering. We
need it to be set to "No Automatic Filtering". We're not using Exchange and
would prefer not to use Group Policy.

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging
Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\

0003041b value of FF FF FF FF should be off, 03 00 00 00 should be high.
