Hello
I have just upgraded my Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003. My autocomplete list is not working; that is, apparentle the autocomplete cache from my previous outlook is not used in the new one. How can I rescue my old autocomplete list? Thanks a lot. |

I new profile was not created; in fact, the old pst was automatically upgraded.

Installing Outlook 2003 usually creates a new mail profile automatically. So rename the NK2 file to match the name of the new mail profile. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
