Outlook Connector is forwarding my replies to Inbox

Dear Outlook Expert.

I am suing Outlook Connector for Hotmail with Outlook 2003. I really like
incorporating my hotmail in the outlook however, I am experiencing one
nagging problem which I cannot resolve.

When I reply to an email in my hotmail inbox (within Outlook 2003) instead
of it being sent to the SentI tems folder it goes into my Inbox.

When I click on the individual email's Options I see that it states Inbox
but I cannot change it to the Hotmails Sent Items only to Exchange Server's
sent Items.

I want the default behavior to be that it's sent to the Sent Items in my
hotmail. It actually worked before I re-formatted my computer so not sure
what's going on now.

It works for new emails but not for replies.

I have been trying to solve this for quite some time.
