outlook 2003 event recieving

Default outlook 2003 event recieving


i have an issue with event and appt. invatations.

if i send an invite to "kathyh" and some others for an event, another
employee "rochella" recieves the invite (shes not on the recipients list) as
well as kathyh. i have 4 intenses of this...all have one name in common
kathyh email is in all 4 recipients list.

plz help

would this "delegate" option have to be checked on kathyh workstation ?
because she is at a remote site in another state.

she can either look on her system or the admin can check her account in the
AD.

She would look in tools, options, delegates.
