I’d like to print the whole month of the operations calendar, with every
entry shown on each day. Currently, if there are too many entries per day, all of the entries won’t show on the month view of the calendar. What should I do to print the month view, which shows every entry per day? Thank you David |

you'll need to use a different printing utility or print in the day or
planner format. http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "David Goldberg" <DavidGoldberg@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F38F7F8D-A046-4F24-B27A-B197CFB5CBE6@microsoft.com... > Iâ?Td like to print the whole month of the operations calendar, with every > entry shown on each day. > > Currently, if there are too many entries per day, all of the entries > wonâ?Tt > show on the month view of the calendar. > > What should I do to print the month view, which shows every entry per day? > > Thank you > > David |

In outlook 2003 and older, it's the Week view. In 2007, you need the
calendar printing assistant. its linked at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp the other printing utilities on that page may do a better job. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "David Goldberg" <DavidGoldberg@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CBF00F25-6064-4DD3-A8B6-67E5F883C86D@microsoft.com... > How do I print in the planner Format? > > Thanks for your answer > > David > > "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > >> you'll need to use a different printing utility or print in the day or >> planner format. >> http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp >> >> -- >> Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] >> Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours >> Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ >> Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ >> >> Outlook Tips by email: >> dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net >> >> Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ >> Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com >> Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: >> EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM >> >> >> >> "David Goldberg" <DavidGoldberg@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in >> message >> news:F38F7F8D-A046-4F24-B27A-B197CFB5CBE6@microsoft.com... >> > I?Td like to print the whole month of the operations calendar, with >> > every >> > entry shown on each day. >> > >> > Currently, if there are too many entries per day, all of the entries >> > won?Tt >> > show on the month view of the calendar. >> > >> > What should I do to print the month view, which shows every entry per >> > day? >> > >> > Thank you >> > >> > David >> |
