Appointments are being removed from Outlook Calendar to the deleted items
file in my email program. I don't want them removed or archived, at least for another 2 years. How do I prevent this? |

Thank you, Diane.
My husband is syncing data from Outlook's calendar to his Smart phone. He said he used to sync to his PDA from his old Outlook program and it didn't delete the appointments. Is there a work-around? it's usually a setting on the pda to delete old appointments - once deleted,
its passed back to outlook and are deleted there too. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "Apt Pupil" <AptPupil@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:ED10CF95-50C5-49A0-BFCC-041F41C279BD@microsoft.com... > Thank you, Diane. > > My husband is syncing data from Outlook's calendar to his Smart phone.
