share calendar information on one Master calendar

We are using MS Exchange Server 2003, and MS Office 2003. We would like to
have many staff calendars roll into one main or master calendar. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks!

you could use Outlook 2007 then you can "overlay" several calendars, so you
will see the additional calendars as one calendar.

Another solution could be a 3rd party tool which would synchronize the
several calendars into one main calendar:

or you use a 3rd party Groupware Calendar:
