The first thing I'd try under each of the affected profiles is to start
Outlook once with the /cleanfreebusy command line switch to see if it helps at all "yelllowcristal" <yelllowcristal@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8306FE6A-9AD5-4941-8D71-EAFC8782DC1D@microsoft.com... > Hello, > i am using OL07 on EX07. > some of my users 3 out of 60 having problem Scheduling a meetng (free/busy > information is unavailable). the line for each user in the Scheduling > Assistant is crossed. > > when i login with my user (member in administrative group) i have no > problem. > > please assist |

Good move, sorry that didn't work. You could also try the cleanreminders
switch. Also, setting up another profile might help. "Imitatiodei" <Imitatiodei@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8AA17FC9-12DA-4015-A674-7C84D92B26CD@microsoft.com... > sorry didn't mention it earlier, but i already tried that before posting. |

cleanreminder switch didn't work eather. i know my problem is some how connected to a problem with a profile, but seeting new profile is not an option at the moment. my problem shows up at 3 diffrent OL07 users out of 60. i am in a middle of upgrade from Office 03 to 07 and i just can't create new profile for each user. i am more intrested of what might causing the problem (registrey issues? bad installation?) thanks "Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: > Good move, sorry that didn't work.
