Hello,
I would like to do complex filtering of the Daily Task List shown at the bottom of the Calendar in Outlook 2007. I have only been able to sort by Start Date, sort by Due Date, and to select/deselect Showing Completed Tasks. Does Outlook 2007 have the ability to filter the Daily Task List tasks by the "Category" and "In Folder" fields, or is this feature reserved for the different views on the Tasks application? Thank you, Craig |

you're limited to the choices offered in the daily task list at the bottom
of the calendar. the task list in the to-do pane can be filtered, but it only supports 1 view - you can't make several views to switch between. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** <cdhutch@gmail.com> wrote in message news:2a2df065-3304-4e32-80b4-984d41415008@8g2000hse.googlegroups.com... > Hello, > I would like to do complex filtering of the Daily Task List shown at > the bottom of the Calendar in Outlook 2007. > > I have only been able to sort by Start Date, sort by Due Date, and to > select/deselect Showing Completed Tasks.
