Default Setting Default Date for Tasks ??

I have been altering my Outlook for the purpoese of time management and I
changed the default date on the Tasks to "None".
Now, I want to change it back to today's date and not for the life of me can
I recall where I changed that parameter.

Can someone point me to this configuration detail?

Thanks much.

The only way I can think of that you can use to change the default on every
new Task's Due date is to edit the form.

What was the default before? Which version of outlook? Typically there isn't
a default date for tasks - but if you flag for to-do, you can set the
default for the flag due date. Right click on the flag field and choose set
quick click.
