Default Restoring Music Licenses

I recently had to install a clean Windows application on my PC. After
doing so, all of the songs that I had downloaded from musci services
(that had licenses) can no longer be played.

I have an image of my hard drive before I did the re-install. Are
those licenses in the form of "files" that I could retrieve from the
image and restore on my hard drive?

Thank.

Try windows media download page, for the player downloads, scroll to bottom
of the page, you'll find a license update mgmt utility, download & run it.
