Windows Messenger Email to IM

I am using version 5.1 and was curious if there is a way to send an email
that will be delivered as an IM. Basically I want to IM a person by sending
an email to them. This is on a corporate exchange network.

Even better, I would like to send an email to a distrubution group that
could IM all people on the list.
