Access 2003

I keep all of our training records on a db. I want this db to link up with
our on-line record keeping so that is will dump without me moving the files.
Does anyone know can this be done. Should I look for another type of system?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the site db is also in access, you may be able to use a 'linked table' to
be able to view that information in your local db
