Close / minimize / maximize ?

When I open an email the box comes up but there's no close / minimize /
maximize boxes in top right corner? To enlarge or close I have to right
click on header at bottom of page then select close / minimize / maximize.
How do I get the boxes back up in the top corner??

Is your window all the way against the top? Can you not drag the title bar
down? (Left click, hold and slide down the top most bar)

Right click its icon on the taskbar and select Move. Use the down arrow to
move it to where you want.
