Importing my Address Book from MSN Premium to WM

I've just finished jumping through hoops of fire (sucessfully) to get my
Favorites imported to IE from MSN Premium. I'm now in need of some help in
getting my Address Book/Contacts moved from MSN Premium to Windows Mail.
Hoping that a simple solution exists. My OS is Windows Home Premium.

What program were you using before?
What kind of file were they saved in?
