Vista / Outlook Problems

Default Vista / Outlook Problems


When using outlook to connect to sky I have no problems at all - but when I
switch to windows Vista mail using the same settings I get no connection
and server error 0x800CC9, server error 0x800 CCC18 any suggestions please

what i need to do because i write in wrong email to went setting up

Please post all error message when trying to send/Receive?

That looks like only part of an error message. We often need parts you
wouldn't expect to offer much help, so click on the error message and
see if you can copy it.

Also check your account setup:

If you can't read .pdf files, download and install the Adobe
Reader:

Avoid installing the Google Toolbar; it causes problems in
Windows Mail.

Rechecked everything but no joy!

Can you click on the error message and copy it to your next message? We
often need parts of the error message you wouldn't expect to offer much
help.
