cant send emails

outgoing emails are being routed to outbox instead of being sent.incoming
emails received ok.settings for in and out servers the same.help please.

Do you get any error message when trying to send?
If so post them here, un-edited.

If not then try the following:
A fix as been released by MS to resolve the problem:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

It works for all folders.
